Daniel E. Matzner, D.C. Dr. Matzner is a 1998 graduate from Life University College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia. He received his Bachelors degree from the State University of New York at Albany in Biology. Prior to opening his practice in Columbia, South Carolina, he co-owned and operated a large family Chiropractic Wellness center in Great Neck, New York. Dr. Matzner has been a research clinician studying the effects of Chiropractic on AIDS/HIV individuals and gone abroad on mission trips to provide Chiropractic care to the people of El Salvador and Costa Rica. He has always been a community advocate, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce, as an appointee on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Great Neck Plaza, organizing child safety programs, participating on pedestrian and traffic safety committees and lecturing on health and well being at businesses, schools and for community programs. In 2001, Dr. Matzner was recognized by the American Red Cross for assisting in the relief efforts at New York’s Ground Zero. He provided Chiropractic services to thousands of relief workers at the site, and assisted the New York Chiropractic Council with the coordination of schedules for other Chiropractors around the country to serve Chiropractic care at the respite sites. Dr. Matzner is a dedicated father, husband and Chiropractor whose primary objective is to assist and support all in their efforts to live life to its fullest.
